Students are taught the fundamentals of wedging, centering, lifting, trimming and glazing on the pottery wheel. In hand building, students learn slab, pinching, and coil techniques. Each student will receive individualized instructions according to their interests and experience. All classes are 2.5 hours long with 2 hours of instruction and 30 minutes to clean.
Fees: $330 for eight week-sessions in January through September or $290 for a seven-week session starting in November, plus a $40 materials fee. Additional firing fees apply to multiple pieces of pottery
